Did you know you don’t actually need me to lose weight? I truly believe that. But you can totally just want to hire a coach. That is a great reason all by itself.

In this episode I’ll share a couple brief insights as to why you might WANT to hire a coach. If you are feeling like you’ll never be able to lose weight without help, it’s just not a powerful position to start. I want you to know the power and strength lies with you. I’m the support system–a tool in your toolbelt.
