Exactly what I’ve been looking for!
This is the best podcast I’ve found to help with improving my habits and mindset on health and wellness. I seriously cant believe I can get all this information for free. I would encourage anyone looking for further support to set up a free session with her. I got more help in 1 hour with her than I’ve gotten from hours and hours of counseling or with health consultants. It’s not often that I listen to something and not only feel motivated but also equipped to take an action that is doable and sustainable.

Lisa understands that weight loss is more about how you are thinking about eating and thinking about food than about the actual food or act of eating itself. Lisa has a lot to teach us about how to create a healthy relationship with food.

I really enjoyed listening to episode 29, Ultra Processed Foods and Finding Your Why with David Greenwalt. It had great content and I liked how David talked about being driven to calorie-dense food and it's actually an obesigenic factor and something to be aware of.

Great Help for Managing Cravings and Urges
Lisa, I just listened to your podcast about managing cravings and urges. It was excellent! Why? Because it was professional, warm, reassuring, informational, fluid, and several more adjectives. While I recognized some helpful points from reading your social media posts, I love that your podcast details information so that I better understand the concepts. Something new to me was learning about “toddler” brain v. adult brain, and that really clicked with me. I see me discussing with myself which brain I am using. The conversation with said self only lasts seconds when I recognize the demanding temper tantrums of toddler brain. So thank you! I think you are incredible, tenacious, and remarkable! I also plan to forward this episode to my good friend because we often chat about this very thing. Thanks again, R.

Very practical and doable thinking with a plan for success
I’m loving this podcast! I have done a 1,001 diets and mindset programs. She shares some very practical ideas. My favorite part is that I can easily implement things into my family life with 5 kids. I can’t wait for her next episode to drop.
